Ordering Printing Services This Site functions as a business-to-business intermediary between customers and providers of document printing and reproduction and shipping services ("Services"). If you wish to purchase any of the Services, you will be required to supply certain information, including, but not limited to, credit card or other payment information, personally identifying information (such as your name, address and telephone number), and third parties' shipping information. You understand that all such information will be treated as described in CRW Online's Web Site Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"). You agree that all information that you provide to CRW Online will be accurate and complete in all respects. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any other users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable sales or use taxes relating to your purchases. When you submit materials for printing and shipping, such materials will be treated in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. Additional terms and conditions governing the processing and fulfillment of orders you place through the Site (including terms and conditions regarding pricing and shipping) will be displayed during the ordering process. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance by CRW Online of any order. Price and availability of any Service are subject to change without notice. You expressly acknowledge and agree that all materials submitted by you are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Code of Conduct. Code of Conduct You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting through the Site any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to any material that gives or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. Availability of Services Although this Site is available worldwide, not all Services offered through this Site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. CRW Online reserves the right to limit the availability of the Site and/or the provision of any Service to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction it so desires, at any time and in its sole discretion, and to limit the quantities of any product or service that is furnished through this Site, without liability or obligation to you. If you choose to purchase any product or service from a third party, your relationship is directly with the third party. You agree that CRW Online is not responsible for (i) the quality of third party products or services, and (ii) fulfilling any of the terms of your agreement with the seller, including, but not limited to, the delivery of products and services and warranty obligations related to purchased products or services. Digital Millenium Copyright Act In accordance with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act, CRW Online has adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringements: "CRW Online will block access to and/or remove any material that it believes in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copies and submitted to our Site." You must follow the following procedure to report copyright infringements: Submit a formal Notice of Copyright Infringement containing the following: Identification of what is being infringed; Where the infringements are located; Who is complaining; How he or she maybe contacted; A statement of good faith belief that the material is infringing; and A statement made under threat of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the complaint is authorized by the copyright holder. The user may supply a counter notice that must include the following: A statement that the user has a good faith belief that the removal was a result of a misidentification on our part. A complete listing of the user's contact information. A consent to jurisdiction in federal court.
